Director of Operations
Sydney Isle is the Clinical Supervisor of Recovery Help and Sababa Health Group where she oversees the training and supervision of all clinicians. She also participates as a clinician, providing therapeutic interventions to workers' compensation clients.
Sydney received her MS in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix, as well as her BA in Business Administration from Westminster College. She has over 25 years of operational and supervisory experience, as well as over 10 years providing mental health, workers' compensation, and substance abuse treatment.
In addition to her work with Recovery Help and Sababa, Sydney currently operates a private practice in Orem, Utah, where she sees clients dealing with depression, anxiety, and adjustment concerns. Prior to joining the Recovery Help/Sababa team, Sydney worked as a senior consultant and executive coach for a leadership training and development firm. She also served her community working at an inpatient psychiatric hospital by marketing its services to healthcare providers and performing onsite crisis assessments. She began her career as a counselor working in an inpatient setting providing individual and group therapy to women with chemical dependence, and also supervised the providers of a therapeutic daycare program for the children of the residents.
Sydney is passionate about providing and teaching tools to help her clients, and those she supervises gain insight into what's working, what's getting in the way, and how to gain traction to move toward personal and professional goals.
Joe Van Winkle
CEO & Chief Clinical Officer
Joe Van Winkle is the Clinical Director of Recovery Help and Sababa Health Group where he oversees the development, implementation, and operation of all therapeutic programs.
He received his Master’s of Science degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Northwest Nazarene University and has nearly 20 years of experience providing mental health, workers compensation, and addictions treatments.
Prior to joining Recovery Help and Sababa, Joe was the clinical director and owner of three outpatient mental health clinics. He has served on numerous mental health panels for local, state, and national organizations. Joe has also written articles published in peer reviewed professional journals and has been a frequent speaker for multiple professional association conferences. He has taught clinical skills, internship classes, and guest lectured at several graduate counseling programs. Joe has a passion for ethical, evidence-based treatment that transforms the lives of individuals, families, and injured workers in the communities he serves.
Dr. Primack is one of the founding physicians of Colorado Rehabilitation & Occupational Medicine, Colorado’s most established physiatry practice, where he currently treats athletes, injured workers, and people with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions.
Dr. Primack is a graduate of the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences, with a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation from the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, and board certifications from the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine. He currently serves as Medical Director for the Colorado Special Olympics and Senior Clinical Instructor for the School of Public Health, University of Colorado School of Health Sciences.
Advisory Board Member
Deborah Biggs serves as an Advisory Board Member for Sababa Health Group (Sababa).
Ms. Biggs has worked for over twenty years in health care and higher education in consulting for large Public Academic Medical Centers (AMC) and a start-up medical school. She is a health lawyer with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, the regulatory framework across an AMC, governance models, funds flow, and policy and procedure development and deployment. Deborah is highly experienced in management, transformative development, implementation, and performance improvement of organizations and programs.
Prior to joining Sababa, Deborah was a Senior Director in the AMC practice at Huron Consulting. Before her role at Huron, she served as the Senior Associate Dean and COO for the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. In this position, she was responsible for all administrative operations, including finance, human resources, information technology, facilities, compliance, legal, marketing, communications, and risk management. Deborah served in a similar role for a new start-up medical school, Central Michigan University College of Medicine, and was a team lead in the successful accreditation of the school. Prior to her most recent positions, she worked at the University of Michigan Medical School and University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill Medical School for more than 17 years.
Ms. Biggs received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the James Madison College of Michigan State University. She received her Juris Doctorate from the Thomas Cooley Law School.
Katie serves as an Analyst for Sababa Health Group and is also involved in Human Resources and Marketing operations.
Katie received her Bachelor of Science in Biology, Health and Society from the University of Michigan. She has prior work experience in clinical healthcare and has been in the Workers’ Compensation sector for almost a year. Katie is passionate about serving injured workers and mobilizing Sababa Health Group to bring the best possible care to them.
Glenn W. Primack, with twenty-plus years of investment experience, currently serves as the analyst on two long/short equity strategies.
Glenn served as senior analyst at Peak6/Achievement Asset Management. He was co-manager of the FMI Focus Fund and co-founded Broadview Advisors, where he also served as Executive Vice President. Glenn began his career in financial services as an award-winning sell-side analyst covering distributors at Cleary, Gull, Reiland, and McDevitt.
Glenn holds a Bachelor of Arts in business economics and Spanish from The Colorado College and an MBA from The University of Chicago. He is also a member of the Mayo Clinic Leadership Council.
