Our Response to Covid-19
Introduducing Our New Webinar Series
We are living in an unprecedented time. There has never been anything like this in our shared history. As hospitals begin to overflow, store shelves are emptied of basic supplies, and public events are canceled for the foreseeable future, any sense of “normal” is rapidly evaporating day-by-day, hour-by-hour. It is becoming increasingly difficult to even wrap our heads around how quickly our lives have changed, much less learn how to prepare for such an uncertain future.
Our 90-Minute WebinarSABABA is addressing the rapidly changing needs of our workforce in response to the COVID-19 pandemic by:
- Reducing fear and anxiety by providing tactics everyone can use to stay safe, cope with uncertainty, stay connected, and take back control of their lives
- Providing support services from licensed clinical behavioral therapists
- Addressing the stresses workers are experiencing in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic
- Offering clear, concrete skills to combat the negative cycle of fear and anxiety
- Promoting wellness and proving strategies that can be taken to keep employees healthy
In this new reality, most of us are experiencing some form of fear and anxiety for our loved ones, communities, and ourselves. While this is a natural and common reaction, it’s mentally exhausting for all of us and only serves to increase our fears and anxieties.
We need clear, concrete skills to combat this negative cycle and begin the process of Restoring Normal in an Unprecedented Time.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Sababa Health Group (SABABA) is offering a special webinar series for employers to rapidly address the emerging needs of their workforce. SABABA is an established telehealth network of behavioral health clinicians that specializes in working with employers to meet the needs of their workforce through targeted telebehavioral health programs.
SABABA’s 90-minute webinar focuses on how to reduce fear and anxiety by providing things everyone can do to stay safe, cope with the uncertainty, stay connected, and take back control of their lives. For most employees, the information gained in this webinar will help them through this difficult time. Others may benefit more from one or more of SABABA’s additional support resources. SABABA can provide a combination of in-depth groups or individual sessions to help your organization meet the more unique needs identified in your workforce.
Your organization is not alone. We are all in this together and together we will get through this.
