Who We Are & What We Do

WIN is a Joint Commission accredited Telebehavioral Health company that combines physical and emotional assessments, as reported by the patient, with a structured behavioral program that includes therapy, skill building, and coaching.

WIN improves coping skills in a defined period of time measured by demonstrable physical gains. Our integrated, biopsychosocial treatment approach accelerates injured worker functional improvement in twelve sessions or less and enhances patient outcomes.

Recruitment

WIN Telebehavioral Health follows a standard recruitment and hiring plan for all applicants. Education and Onboarding

  1. Introduction to WIN

  2. WIN program education

  3. Electronic health record training

  4. Initial education and training is complete

  5. Clinician engages in clinical team meetings

  6. Continued annual recredentialing

Recruitment Process

  1. Once received, your application will be reviewed and screened by the WIN HR department. This process includes applicant licensure verification.

  2. If you meet the criteria as specified in the position description, you will be contacted by a WIN representative to schedule your first interview. If you do not meet the criteria, you'll also be notified.

  3. Following Interview 1, your interview and application will be reviewed by the Clinical Director to determine your eligibility for a second interview, which will take place with the Clinical Director.

  4. Following Interview 2, your application will be under further review and a credentialing process, including a criminal background check and contacting references.

  5. If you pass the credentialing process, WIN will extend you an offer for a clinician position and you will begin your education and onboarding.
